You will be notified by email promptly if your items are out of stock or if we are delayed in any way.

Custom orders will require more time and will be advised in the price proposal prior to agreement.
We take great care in packing and insulating your order. Once the package leaves our store, we are not responsible for its handling and arrival.
We ship regular U.S. Mail (USPS). Please use the tracking number provided to track your package to check on the status.
It is beyond our control once your package is given to USPS. If your order is delayed or stolen, we cannot be responsible for its arrival. It is your responsibility to contact your USPS for any delivery issues.
As more and more mail services are no longer covering crystal damage, we have decided to ship items using USPS Ground Advantage® service so we can utilize their standard shipping insurance, which covers up to $100 value.
If your total is over $100 for physical products (not including any services purchased), you have the option to add: “Additional USPS Shipping Insurance - For Physical Product Totals Over $100.00” to your cart where you can chose to add additional insurance coverage to cover your cart total (minus any non-physical items) that we will add when we ship your package with USPS.
This additional insurance selection is optional. If your cart purchase amount is over $100.00 in product, and you do not opt to add additional coverage, you may be at risk if attempting to file a claim with USPS for any damaged packages. While we offer the option to add this added insurance to your cart, we are not responsible for any orders that do not have this item added.
In the event of a damaged package that causes damage to the item(s), we recommend that you keep all packing materials, and take photos of the package, the materials, and the damaged product. This will be your proof when filing a claim with USPS for damage. We recommend that you do not dispose of it until your claim is settled, as your mail carrier may require a physical inspection.
If you have had a problem with stolen or missing packages, you have the option to add “Signature At Delivery” to your cart and we will add that when we ship your package with USPS, as shipping insurance does NOT cover Missing or Stolen Packages.

We ask that you please review your items carefully BEFORE check out. We do our best to thoroughly list the sizes, show accurate photos and videos of the items.
Please check sizes, return eligibility, and ask questions prior to purchase. To inquire about an item prior to purchase, please email us at: orders.theobsidianowl@gmail.com. We will reply within 1 business day. We are a small business, and it is likely you will talk to one of the owners when contacting us.
Due to the unique and delicate nature of crystals, we do not offer returns for items that are or contain crystals.
All sale items, discounted items, "As Is", and items claimed in LIVE, or FLASH sales are all FINAL SALES.
We aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction and want you to be pleased with your purchase and our service.
If there is ever a problem with your order, we will do our best to help you resolve it. To start an inquiry to resolve any problem with your order, you must;
1. Contact us at: orders.theobsidianowl@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order to explain the problem and to begin the discussion to solve the problem. If the item received is damaged, please include a photo of the item and its packaging with the initial email for review.
2. We will reply to your email within 2 business days and if eligible, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on what address to use to send your return.
2. All products must be re-wrapped well in the original packaging, in new & unused condition with all tags intact.
3. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged in transit. In that situation, it is then the buyer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to file a claim with the carrier (example, the package being delivered in a damaged state causing damage to the item(s) inside of the package)
4. All crystals regardless of size must be returned with tracking.
5. You may also want to add insurance as well as we cannot be responsible for a returned item that is lost or damaged in transit back to us.
6. As we are a small, independently owned and financed business, we do not offer refunds, but you may exchange your purchase for another item or receive store credit when your authorized item is returned.
7. Any item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
8. DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS TO OUR STOREFRONT ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE. As part of initiating your request for order problem resolution, you will be provided with the address to send returned items to. This is being done to ensure that we receive your return. If you ship your items to the wrong address, you will not be refunded.
